When you contact us by phone, email, our website enquiry form or social media, we collect the information you choose to give us: your name, phone number, email address, the address or postcode of the property, and the details of the work you need.

For work we carry out, we also keep records relating to the job itself: quotes, invoices, parts fitted, and where gas appliances are involved, the safety records we are required to produce and retain.

We use your information to reply to your enquiry, prepare a quote, arrange access, carry out the work, invoice you, and handle any warranty or guarantee claim afterwards.

Our lawful bases are performance of a contract (or taking steps at your request before entering one), our legitimate interest in running and administering the business, and legal obligation where record-keeping is required of a Gas Safe registered business.

We do not sell your information, and we do not add you to marketing lists without your agreement.

We share only what is necessary, and only with parties involved in delivering your job or running the business: our trusted tiler where tiling forms part of a bathroom quote, merchants and manufacturers where a part or warranty registration requires it, our accountant, our insurer, and our payment providers.

We may disclose information where we are required to do so by law or by a regulator.

Enquiries that do not lead to work are kept only as long as they remain useful, and are then deleted. Records relating to completed work, invoices and gas safety documentation are kept for as long as required for guarantee, tax and safety-record purposes, and then securely destroyed.

You have the right to ask what personal information we hold about you, to have inaccurate information corrected, to ask us to delete information we no longer need to keep, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to receive a copy of information you provided to us.

Our website is designed to work without tracking you across the internet. Our enquiry form sends the details you type to us; it is not used to build any profile of you.

We take reasonable steps to keep your information secure, including limiting access to the people who need it to do the job. No system is perfectly secure, but we will tell you and the relevant regulator if a breach affecting your rights ever occurs.
