JY Plumbing & Heating Ltd was set up by Joshua Young-McDyer and is run as a genuine family business: Josh and his dad on the tools together. That structure is the whole point. When you call, you speak to the engineer. When you get a price, it comes from the person who'll be standing in your kitchen. And if you need to chase something afterwards, there's no depot, ticket number or third-party contractor in the middle.

We work for homeowners and landlords across High Wycombe and the surrounding Buckinghamshire towns, people who've been let down by a no-show, who've had a quote quietly grow halfway through a job, or who simply want their heating working again before the weekend. Most of our work arrives by recommendation, which is exactly the way we want it.

Our specialism is domestic plumbing, heating and gas: boiler repairs, servicing and replacements, full central heating systems, radiators and valve upgrades, complete bathroom installations, drainage, power flushing and leak detection. Alongside that we run genuine 24-hour emergency cover: no heat, no hot water, or water going where it shouldn't.

We're based in High Wycombe (HP12) and work daily across High Wycombe, Amersham, Chesham, Beaconsfield, Marlow, Aylesbury, Princes Risborough, Gerrards Cross and Maidenhead.
